A different experience, nice updated rooms large pool. Some areas a little dated but overall not bad. Plastick beach club is very cool.

The service was very slow (particularly check in) and the food of low quality. The hotel is very old and shows its age. The hotel is overpriced; it charges the same as all hotels in the UAE but does not offer anything like what you would get from a new hotel.

I like plastic beach club and this is the main reason for choosing this hotel.

We had a delightful romantic escape! The first outstanding factor was the spacious bedrooms, providing privacy and tranquility, which we enjoyed a lot. the pool area was amazing! It was always clean, and the service was top-notch. The location was also a major plus, with breathtaking views of the beach and easy access to blue marlin Ibiza on weekends.

The decor was a bit dated, which detracted from the romantic ambiance. the staff at the reception could have been more welcoming, as the check-in process was quite slow and unenthusiastic.

The very casual attitude of staff. Not prompt and willing. The price for Buffet meals (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) is expensive against the choices given and quality maintained. For my Breakfast meal, half of the food items were empty and was not refilled even we had 30 minutes to end the buffet. No clearance done the whole night after we consumed dinner at room. When I checked-in I had a welcome letter addressed to another person. Toilet amenities not of a good brand/quality. Overall not value for money paid....

The hotel is located right on the beach, providing easy access to enjoy the sun and sea. Guests can also visit the beach club on weekends for added entertainment. the Zero restaurant offers a great dining option with delicious food. Families with children will appreciate the children's play area where kids can have fun.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin, making it possible to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The best part was the amazing pool, which had three separate sections for adults, kids, and infants. We especially enjoyed having direct access to the pool from our room's veranda, making it incredibly convenient for a refreshing swim. Another highlight was the private beach, where we felt like we had our own piece of paradise. this hotel had excellent facilities and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

There's a beach club next to the hotel, hotel guest not allowed open for a registered members only, but the noise from the loud music constitutes all the most nuisance of weekend nights.
